An air blower device (100) is provided with: a flat and box-shaped case (1); a first opening (2), a second opening (3), and a third opening (4), which are located at one face (10) of the case (1), said one face (10) facing the direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the case (1); an air flow passage (5) which is located within the case (1) and which connects the first opening (2) and the second opening (3); an air blower (6) which is located within the air flow passage (5), sucks in air through the first opening (2), and blows the air from the second opening (3); and a generation device (9) which generates electrically charged water particles, ions, or ozone and which discharges the electrically charged water particles, ions, or ozone from the third opening (4). At said one face (10), the third opening (4) is located next to the second opening (3). |
