Provided is a silencer for a supercharger, which is supported in a cantilever manner by a compressor housing. The silencer for a supercharger is provided with: an annular first side wall; a second side wall which is located on the opposite side of the first side wall from the compressor housing and which forms an outside-air introduction space between the second side wall and the first side wall, the outside-air introduction space introducing outside air into an air intake opening; a silencer element which is provided in the outside-air introduction space; and a filter which is provided on the outer peripheral side of the silencer element so as to extend in the circumferential direction of the outside-air introduction space. The first side wall includes a first flange protruding further toward the outer peripheral side than the filter. The second side wall includes a second flange protruding further toward the outer peripheral side than the filter so as to face the first flange. Each of the first flange and the second flange is provided with a plurality of affixation holes arranged in the circumferential direction.
