The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a vinyl chloride resin composition for powder molding that gives a molded object which has excellent flexibility at low temperatures and is reduced in fiber dust adhesion thereto; a molded vinyl chloride resin object; and a layered product comprising both the molded vinyl chloride resin object and molded polyurethane foam. The vinyl chloride resin composition for powder molding according to the present invention comprises (a) a vinyl chloride resin, (b) an epoxy resin, and (c) a silicone oil having a viscosity of 10 cs to 200×104 cs.
