The invention relates to medical technology. An intraocular implantable eye accommodating device contains an electrical portion, a mechanical node for changing the optical power of the eye, and an intraocular lens. The electrical portion contains two recording electrodes, one end of each of which is positioned in the ciliary sulcus between ciliary muscle fibers, and the opposite ends of the recording electrodes being connected to an electrical signal amplifier; a power supply unit, connected in parallel to the electrical signal amplifier; two transmitting electrodes, one end of each of which is connected to the electrical signal amplifier, and the opposite ends being connected to the mechanical node for changing the optical power of the eye, in order to transmit to same an electrical signal from the recording electrodes. The mechanical node for changing the optical power of the eye is capable of interacting with the intraocular lens in response to an electrical signal from the transmitting electrodes in order to change the optical power. The application of the present invention allows for improving visual acuity at long and near ranges, and at any range therebetween. |
