PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pollution of a porous film for purifying high-temperature oil-containing waste water, and to suppress lowering of processing performance.SOLUTION: Waste water is subjected to purification processing through membrane distillation by using a porous film where an oil repellent layer is disposed by immobilizing, in a complex manner, a substance having an oil repellent function on at least one surface of a base film consisting of a hydrophobic porous film.
