PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the characteristic impedance to a desired value.SOLUTION: A microstrip line includes a signal line L3 formed on the surface of a dielectric 10, a back ground L1 formed on the back of a dielectric 10, an inner layer ground L2 formed in the dielectric between the signal line L3 and back ground L1, and provided with two gaps 11 in the signal propagation direction of the signal line L3. The two gaps 11 are arranged so that the horizontal position of the center line of each gap 11 matches the horizontal positions b, bseparated by a distance (a) to the left and right in a direction perpendicular to the signal propagation direction from the center line aof the signal line L3 in the signal propagation direction. |
