The sheet body 2 is formed by bonding two nonwoven fabrics 2a, 2a together, and has a number of hollow water-permeable parts 2A surrounded by a sheet-like water-nonpermeable part 2B. The radioactive substance adsorption powder 3 is filled into the water-permeable parts 2A. |
