<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of protein synthesis in an IVV (in vitro virus) method (mRNA display method, cDNA display method) which is one display technique in biotechnology, and plan further to shorten a working process. <P>SOLUTION: Shortening of the whole process in a display method is planned by optimizing conditions of a link reaction process to eliminate purification and concentration steps which have been essential in conventional techniques (selected figure).
