PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that if a tissue, an organ, or an internal organ is damaged, the functions of the tissue, the organ or the internal organ are reduced or lost, not only the inconstancy of a living body cannot be maintained but also the damage may cause death of the living body in the worst case, but there is no method capable of simply detecting damages of internal organs or tissues in many cases, detection of the damage may be delayed, sound biological activity may be lost and the delay of the detection may cause death, repair of tissues, organs or internal organs may be difficult due to the delay of detection, and original functions may not be recovered, namely a method for simply detecting damages of tissues, organs or internal organs is desired.SOLUTION: The problems are solved by a damage detection method for measuring a taurine concentration and a hypotaurine concentration of a specimen sampled from a living body and detecting damage of internal organs or tissues by using the rise of the taurine concentration and the reduction of the hypotaurine concentration compared with healthy values as indicators. |
