PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner conveying device and an image forming apparatus that can prevent toner jamming and toner blocking by eliminating conveyance defects at a delivery part for toner. SOLUTION: The toner conveying device has a toner conveying coil 26 which is provided in a toner conveyance path 25 and has no driving shaft and a reception member 27 which is provided at one end side of the toner conveyance path 25 and has a toner passing hole 28 smaller than the external diameter of the coil and against which a free-end side of the toner conveying coil 26 abuts, and the reception member 27 is movable in an extension direction of the toner conveyance path 25 as the toner conveyance coil 26 extends or shrinks.
