PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent defect caused by peeling of a thin film in a display device for many purposes, which is manufactured by stacking insulation films and conductive films besides oxide semiconductors.SOLUTION: A display device comprises an inverted staggered thin film transistor comprising a pixel electrode layer 110 in which scan lines and signal lines cross each other and are arranged in a matrix, and a pixel part arranged corresponding to the pixel electrode layer, in which the pixel part is formed by a combination of at least two types of oxide semiconductor layers 103a, 104a, and 104b having different oxygen contents from each other, and which includes a channel protection layer 133 arranged on a semiconductor layer which overlaps a gate electrode layer 101 and becomes a channel formation region. The display device comprises a pad part which is electrically connected with a common electrode layer opposite to the pixel electrode layer formed from a conductive layer of the same material which composes the scan lines and the signal lines in an outside region of the pixel part. |
