PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which enables simple attachment of an optical member, and to provide a lighting apparatus including the lighting device.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes: a body part 4 where an electric supply part 29 is provided at one end side 4a; an attachment part 20 which has a substrate attachment surface 22 and a recessed part 21 located on the substrate attachment surface 22 and is provided at the other end side 4b of the body part 4; a substrate 8 which has a through hole 10 and is provided on the substrate attachment surface 22 so that the through hole 10 intersects with the recessed part 21; a light source 9 mounted on the substrate 8; and an optical member 5 having an optical part 33 which controls radiation light of the light source 9, a leg part 34 supporting the optical part 33, and a base part 35 which is provided at the side of the leg part 34 that is opposite to the optical part 33 and may be inserted into the recessed part 21 passing through the through hole 10, the base part 35 fixed by the substrate 8 at the recessed part 21. |
