PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable prize winning device which can inhibit a forced open and avoids an enlargement of the overall length (depth). SOLUTION: When a door member 6 is in a closure position, the door member 6 cannot be opened compulsorily as a control member 29 prevents a controlled section 24 from turning to the opening direction. If a back-and-forth movement member 13 goes back over a distance A with a solenoid 11, an arrest surface 27a contacts a crankpin 25 and a crank member 12 starts turning. The control member 29 comes back from the migrant position of the controlled section 24 and it does not prevent its turning. The amplitude of a drive arm 20 can be enlarged since the crank member 12 is not controlled by the control member 29, and the door member 6 can be opened/closed even if the drive arm 20 is not made longer.
