发明名称 PROPYLENE RANDOM COPOLYMER PARTICLE AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene random copolymer particle which hardly contains any catalyst residue and shows little stickiness, provided that the propylene random copolymer has a highα-olefin content. SOLUTION: The propylene random copolymer particle is prepared using a Ziegler-type solid catalyst component (a) essentially comprising titanium, magnesium and a halogen and satisfies the following requirements (i), (ii) and (iii): (i) the amount ofα-olefin-based monomer units other than propylene is 3-10 wt.%, (ii) the bulk density is≥0.47 g/cc and (iii) the titanium atom content, the aluminum atom content and the halogen atom content are≤0.5 wt.ppm,≤5 wt.ppm and≤10 wt.ppm, respectively. The copolymer particle shows good transfer efficiency in its preparation process, and a molded product obtained using the particle is excellent in heat-aging resistance, weather resistance, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
