PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender structure improved in rigidity by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this structure, a resin front fender 21 having an edge part fitted to a vehicle body skeleton member 10 arranged on upper sides of wheels of a vehicle with a bolt or a clip, and a urethane resin supporting member 30 arranged between the vehicle body skeleton member 10 and the front fender 21 are provided. A side wall 30a of the supporting member 30 is formed into a shape laid along the front fender 21 in the vicinity of a vehicle lengthwise center in the front fender 21 and in the vicinity of its vertical center.
