<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition preventing friction abrasion in a lubrication surface in a state of high load or causing sliding motion and having excellent long-term durability and to provide a grease-sealed rolling bearing in which the grease is sealed. <P>SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises a base oil, a thickener and an additive. Furthermore, the additive contains at least a lithium aromatic sulfonate which is compounded in an amount of 0.1-15 wt.% based on the whole grease composition.
