SCINTILLATOR PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel realizing a radiation flat panel detector (FPD) having a high light conversion efficiency, and to provide a manufacturing method for the same. SOLUTION: The scintillator panel has a phosphor layer provided on a polymer film substrate, and the phosphor layer is subjected to a treatment for raising the light transmittance in the visible light region.
