PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device equipped with a support base having a function for removing liquid adhering to a lower part of a container or the like from the container. SOLUTION: This measuring device for measuring foam-holding of sparkling drink is equipped with a support plate 20 for supporting the bottom part of the container 10, a space forming member 30 for forming a space 35 under the support plate 20, a pump 40 for depressurizing the space 35, and a measuring part 70 for measuring foam-holding of the sparkling drink in the container 10 supported by the support plate 20.
