PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a fence capable of making a horizontal line of a fence body straight by simple mounting work and preventing the occurrence of deviation in the vertical direction and deviation in the direction of face and to provide the fence having the connecting structure. SOLUTION: In this connecting structure of the fence, connection members 3 are mutually connected and oppose to each other through a surface plate 20, a rear surface plate 21, and a bending part 22, the bending part 22 is formed at a position deviated into either of up and down directions of a side part of either of the surface plate 20 and the rear surface plate 21, vertical pieces 23 protruding along the vertical direction toward opposing plate sides are formed in the side part where the bending part 22 of the surface plate 20 and the rear surface plate 21 is formed and a side part on the opposite side, horizontal pieces 25 protruding along the horizontal direction toward opposing plate sides are formed in central parts of upper parts of the surface plate 20 and the rear surface plate 21, and the connection members 3 are arranged in a crossing part of a horizontal line 11 and a vertical line 10 in end parts of both of fence bodies 1 to be connected and are fixed by fixing the surface plate 20 and the rear surface plate 21 by screws.
