The invention can be used for building tidal or low-level river power plants. The inventive hydraulic-turbine plant comprises at least two power conduits (1, 2) which are horizontally arranged one above the other, a generator (5) mounted thereabove and orthogonal turbines (3, 4) arranged in the power conduits. The shafts (6, 7) of the turbines (3, 4) are vertically positioned on bearing supports (8). Sealed process cavities (14) formed by demountable partitions (15) are embodied in the walls of the power conduits (1, 2). The bearing supports (8) and connection elements which cinematically link the shafts (6, 7) of the turbines (3, 4) therebetween and with the shaft of the generator (5) are located in the cavities (14). Said invention eases mounting/dismounting and maintenance and reduces capital costs. |
