A noise method of inhibiting of the electronics governor for the vehicles is provided to convert into the voltage desiring the electronics governor. A noise method of inhibiting of the electronics governor for the vehicles comprises a step that operates an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) and a timer and a program; a step performing the designated command of the program the program confirms the time of timer; a step(S3) where the program the timer time is named so that it become the program from 0 ms with electronics governor 1.5 V control; a step(S4) where the program the timer time is named so that it become the program with electronics governor 0 V control a if 8 ms is; a step(S5) where the program is named so that it become the program with 'electronics governor 0.7 V control a if the timer time exceeds 20 ms; a step that is the engine starting command it does 'electronics governor 0.7 V control' it is inputted; and a step which moves the program module location to 'fuel amount / timing map electronics governor control if command is input and it controls.
