PURPOSE: An image sensing module manufacturing device and method is provided to reduce the failure rate of the image sensing module by manufacturing the sensing module by adjusting the optical axises between the lens and image sensor to be matched each other. CONSTITUTION: The image sensing module manufacturing device includes the optical axis adjuster and position adjuster. The image sensing module manufacturing device matches the optical axis with the image formation area in the sensing module including the lens assembly(10) and image sensor(14). The optical axis adjuster(20) is located in the front of the lens assembly. The optical axis adjuster offers the shape for adjusting the optical axis. The position adjuster(30) comprises the grip and grip driving part. The grip(32) fixes the lens assembly. The grip driving part is connected with the grip and moves the grip to match the optical axis and image formation area.
