PURPOSE: A process for producing organic-solvent-based poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) solution is provided to prevent dedoping phenomenon by using an anionic surfactant as a dopant and to ensure excellent solubility to an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A process for producing organic-solvent-based poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) solution comprises the steps of: polymerizing any one kind single or a mixture of two or more kinds selected from 3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene monomer of chemical formula 1 and an anion surfactant of chemical formula 2 - 9 as a dopant, using an oxidizing agent; and extracting the polymer with an organic solvent to prepare the poly solution dissolved in an organic solvent of chemical formula 10.
