POLYVINYLALCOHOL PARTICLE FOR DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polyvinylalcohol for drug delivery system is provided to ensure high release or a specific drug and have improved biocompatibility and stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a polyvinylalcohol particle for drug delivery system contains: a step of mixing oil containing polyvinylalcohol solution, non soluble solution and emulsifier; a step of stirring the mixture; and a step of centrifuging after freezing and thawing. The polyvinylalcohol has 70.0-99.9% of saponification, 50-15,000 of the number average degree of polymerization, and 47-54% of alternating array dyad group. The non soluble drug is felodipine, nicardipine, nifedipine, diclofenac, ibuprofen, or indomethacin.
