PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MIMO system that enhances the reception quality under LOS environment.SOLUTION: A first modulation signal s1 and a second modulation signal s2 are generated from an encoding block every slot, precoding is executed on the first modulation signal s1 and the second modulation signal s2 by using any one precoding mode out of plural precoding modes, and the phase of at least one of the pre-coded signals is changed while the changing degree is regularly changed. The selected phase changing degree is identical between the head slot of the first encoding block and the head slot of the second encoding block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 72
