The transparent heating layer includes a metal layer disposed on the transparent substrate, the metal layer being configured to receive an external power from the electrode, thereby generating heat, and a selective transmission layer disposed on the transparent substrate to block at least a portion of a wavelength region of an infrared rays region of light and transmit a portion of the wavelength region of the light. |
