PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink label that covers a reduced diameter part and a corner of a container with a non heat-shrinkable layer and can be mounted to match the shape of the container impressively, and a container with the label, by using especially a cushioning base material in the non heat-shrinkable layer to suppress breakage of the reduced diameter part and the corner.SOLUTION: A shrink label 10 has a label base material 11 having a heat shrinkable property mainly in one direction, and a cushioning base material 12 as a non heat-shrinkable layer provided at least on one surface side of the label base material 11. The cushioning base material 12 is alternately formed with a plurality of notches 20 and protruded parts 21 as a plurality of notch residual parts side by side in a main shrinkage direction X of the label base material 11, and the label base material 11 includes a notch covering part 17 and a remaining part covering part corresponding to the protruded parts 21. Further, the cushioning base material 12 is alternately formed with a plurality of notches 22 and protruded parts 23 as a plurality of notch remaining parts side by side in the main shrinkage direction X of the label base material 11, and the label base material 11 includes a notch covering part 18 and a remaining part covering part corresponding to the protruded parts 23. |
