PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for processing organic solvent-containing gas loaded with an adsorption element using activated carbon fiber nonwoven that reduces pressure loss of the absorption element and has the tensile strength to prevent breakage even if it is strongly wound on a cylinder.SOLUTION: The device for processing organic solvent-containing gas includes the gas processing device 1 having adsorption vessels 2A, 2B filled with an adsorbing material adsorbing an organic solvent in contact with a processed gas and desorbing the organic solvent adsorbed in contact with vapor or heated gas and supplying the processed gas to the adsorption material to make it adsorb the organic solvent to turn it to the clean gas and supplying vapor or the heated gas to the adsorption material to desorb the organic solvent, and a liquid separation and recovery device condensing the desorbed gas, then performing liquid separation to separate it into the organic solvent and drain. The adsorbing material is configured by the adsorption element 8 configured by winding the activated carbon fiber nonwoven 9 on the cylinder, the activated carbon fiber nonwoven is nonwoven of at least 4 N/cmin tensile strength made of the activated carbon fiber of 21 μm-40 μm in fiber diameter and 20%-75% in toluene adsorption rate. |
