The invention relates to a method for producing fiber-reinforced components or semi-finished products, wherein fibers (11) are impregnated with monomer, wherein flakes containing fibers and/or individual fibers are added. For this purpose, the fibers, the monomer, and the flakes containing fibers, and/or individual fibers are fed to an injection-molding machine and pressed into an injection-molding tool, wherein the monomer polymerizes completely in the injection-molding tool. Alternatively, a fiber structure is impregnated with a solution containing monomer, optionally activator, and optionally catalyst, on a conveyor belt, in a next step flakes containing fibers and/or individual fibers are distributed on the impregnated fiber structure, the fiber structure is led through a roller pair, in which pressure is applied to the fiber structure, and finally the impregnated fiber structure is cooled such that the monomer solidifies. |
