Disclosed are a room control method and device. The room control method comprises: acquiring an order state of an order from a reservation channel; determining whether the order state is paid or completed; if the order state is paid, generating a password for opening a room, wherein after the password is generated, a room state of the room corresponding to the password is modified to be non-idle within the time indicated by the order; and if the order state is completed, deleting the password for opening the room, wherein after the password is deleted, the room state of the room corresponding to the password is modified to be idle within the time indicated by the order. By means of the present invention, the problem in the prior art that manually controlling a room is prone to error is solved, and the effect of avoiding an error is achieved. |
