PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extensively shorten a construction period after restraining noise and vibration, to make it structurally strong, to use it as a foundation of a wooden housing of a plural number of stories especially at a small building site in an urban area and to also use it as a first floor part of the housing. SOLUTION: It is a precast concrete structural body for housing construction to be used as a foundation of a housing of a plural number of stories. In this case, it is constituted of a hexahedral structural body 10 formed by being furnished with a foundation floor 11 in the inside of which a reinforcement F is arranged and a wall part erected from a peripheral edge part of the foundation floor 11 in such a way as to surround this foundation floor 11. The hexahedral structural body 10 is formed by stacking an upper part structural body 2 open-top or furnished with a ceiling on a bottomed lower part structural body 1, and a sealing member is interposed between an upper edge part of the lower part structural body 1 and a lower edge part of the upper part structural body 2.
