PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform a ball renting of a specified quantity without an electronic measurement control by a method wherein a spiral ball guiding passage is provided in a case, and by a reciprocating turning of the guiding passage, a feeding port and a discharging port for renting balls are alternately opened/closed, and the discharging of a specified number of renting balls is performed for the constitution. SOLUTION: This ball renting-discharging device which is arranged at a proper location on the rear surface of a game machine, has a case 1 on the top of which a ball entrance 3 is provided, and renting balls 11 which are replenished into the case 1 are guided by a spiral ball guiding passage 10, and stopped by a stopping wall 15 at the final end part of a flowing down path. Twenty five renting balls 11 by counting from one at the tip end of the stopped balls, are stored in the case 1, and the discharged quantity for each unit is measured. Under this state, when a game player performs a ball renting operation, a protruding part 8 is turned by a specified portion by going along the inside of a long hole 9 by the operation of a solenoid, and a rotating body 7 is turned at the same time, and thus, a renting ball discharging port 4 is opened, and the renting balls 11 in the case 1 are discharged from a discharging port 4 by their own weights.
