PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reinforcing structure and reinforcing construction method for a concrete member, in which the execution of works can be conducted in the short term of works at a low cost and a high reinforcing effect can be obtained. SOLUTION: Reinforcing sheets C1, C2, in which the fibrous directions are directed in the mutually crossing oblique two directions, are fixed onto the surface of a wall 13. The reinforcing sheet C1 may also be fixed onto columns 10, a beam 11, a floor 12 and the wall 13. A stiffening member 17 consisting of mortar, etc., may also be disposed on the surfaces of the reinforcing sheets C1, C2 integrally for increasing the strength of the reinforcing sheets C1, C2.
