PURPOSE: A laser head apparatus for brazing is provided to increase the productivity, to improve the welding rigidity, and to decrease thermal deformation by quickly and completely infiltrating the filler wire to the bonding part with the high density heat source of Nd:YAG laser and the diode laser. CONSTITUTION: A laser head apparatus is composed of an Nd:YAG optic head(115) installed in the end of an arm of a robot to irradiate a continuous wave Nd:YAG laser beam along the bonding line of panel parts, a wire feeder(119) mounted in the end of the Nd:YAG optic head by a bracket(117) to supply a filler wire(113), and a diode optic head(121) installed in the end of the Nd:YAG optic head by the bracket to irradiate the diode laser beam to the molten filler wire infiltrated to the bonding area after irradiating the continuous wave Nd:YAG laser beam.
