PURPOSE: A smart card equipped with vehicle authentication information, and a method and a system for offering the vehicle authentication information on vehicle trade or repair are provided to enable dealers to smoothly advance the trade through correct/reliable information by confirming vehicle related information received from the client and generating/storing the authentication information to a client card. CONSTITUTION: The client card(150) is equipped with the vehicle authentication information including the authentication information for the inside/outside of a vehicle. A terminal(145) outputs/inputs the vehicle authentication information to the client card. A vehicle authentication server(100) generates the vehicle authentication information including the authentication information for the inside/outside of the vehicle by collecting vehicle information of the client through the wired/wireless communication network and stores/manages it by offering it to the client card. A web server(135) extracts/uses the vehicle authentication information stored in the client card when the vehicle is traded or repaired.
