PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal branching apparatus capable of sufficiently relaxing distortion of a transmission waveform with less components. SOLUTION: The conductor 21 of a transmission line 13 capable of transmitting electric signals is formed of an SUS strand 21S and a Cu strand 21C. A part of or all the Cu strand is removed just for a predetermined length X in a terminal portion at a side connected to branch parts 14A-14D, in the conductor 21, and the surrounding of a portion where the SUS strand is exposed, is covered with an insulator 22 and then connected to the branch parts 14A-14D, thereby increasing electric resistance R and inductance L in a connected portion.
