PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with the problem that it is desired to improve reception sensitivity in order to stabilize reception property of broadcasting waves or radio communication, and that it is necessary to eliminate an unwanted signal that is not desired to receive, in order to attain improvement in distortion property. SOLUTION: A receiver antenna module in an integrated multilayered substrate structure comprises an antenna, a tuner circuit, a waveform shaping circuit and a low noise amplifier. The reception band of the antenna is narrower than a full frequency band used for a system, the antenna includes a tuner circuit which is capable of varying a central frequency of a reception signal, the antenna directly connects its output terminal to an input terminal of the low noise amplifier in a high frequency manner, and the tuner circuit changes a capacitance value comprising the tuner circuit from an output of the waveform shaping circuit that shapes an external control signal.
