PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of preventing image data from being transmitted to a wrong destination without requiring an opposite party communication terminal device to introduce a new system. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 31 is provided with a first generating means 33 for generating identification information of a transmission job of the image data by operating a key used for instructing an opposite party to transmit the image data; a second generating means 35 for generating confirmation information before transmission including the identification information generated in the first generating means 33 and opposite party information capable of specifying the opposite party; an output means 37 for visually outputting the confirmation information before transmission generated in the second generating means 35; and a permitting means 39 for permitting transmission of the image data to the opposite party when input is accepted by outputting the confirmation information before transmission from the output means 37 and if the input identification information matches the identification information generated in the first generating means 33.
