A toe spacer is provided to be easily fixed between toes, to be used conveniently, to achieve acupuncture effects for toes to stimulate skin, and to remove moisture. A toe spacer includes plural insertion portion(21), a filling material and a fixing band(25). The insertion portions have inclinations(21a) and are inserted between toes to form a space portion on an upper side of a base(20) formed on a bottom. The filling materials in a grain shape are filled inside the space portion. The fixing band is installed on an upper side of the insertion portion to prevent separation from toes. The filling material is at least any one of bio ceramics, zeolites, activated carbon and loess. The diameter of the filling material is 1-3mm.
