A fuser member comprising a substrate, and thereover, an outer layer comprising perfluoroalkoxy polytetrafluoroethylene and carbon black fillers, wherein said outer layer has a volume resistivity of from about 1x10^-4 to about 1x10^-8 ohm/cm².
