PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold air blocking plate capable of efficient and rapid cargo carrying in/out of a cargo compartment on a front side demarcated by a panel member. SOLUTION: The cold air blocking plate 14 closes a space between a panel member 16 for demarcating the inside of a cargo bed of a refrigerating insulated van in front and rear cargo compartments of different insulation temperature, and a grooved keystone plate 22 extending in the longitudinal direction of the van which forms a floor surface of the cargo bed 15 and ensures a floor passage of the cold air even when cargo is loaded on the floor surface. A large number of flap pieces 23 corresponding to the grooves of the keystone plate 22 are downward integrated therewith. The cold air blocking plate comprises a flexible strip member 24 extending over the entire width of a lower end of the panel member 16, a flip-up hinge 25 (a developing means) to fit the strip member 24 to the lower end of the panel member 16 in an adequately flipping-up manner, and a Hook-and-Loop fastener (a retaining means) for holding the strip member 24 in a flipped-up state.
