PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector structure for a fuel cooler making cooling efficiency and protection of the fuel cooler compatible. SOLUTION: The protector structure 1 for the fuel cooler 10 arranged on a lower surface 9 of a vehicle body has: a plate-like protector 22 for shutting off a bottom surface side of mounting ports 15, 16 connected with return pipes 2, 8 for the returning fuel from a road surface; and a rod-like protector 21 arranged at a front side of a front end surface of the fuel cooler 10.
