PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article storage capable of easily performing operation for bringing a drawer from an intermediate opening position to a full opening position in the drawer having a mechanism for retaining it at the intermediate opening position. SOLUTION: The article storage 60 comprises the drawer 82 for storing a small article; a storage case 81 for horizontally slidably storing the drawer 82; and an intermediate opening stopping mechanism 83 for stopping the drawer 82 at an intermediate position once when the drawer 82 is drawn out to an occupant side. The intermediate opening stopping mechanism 83 comprises an arm member 85 having a pin-like projection 84 at a tip in the drawer 82; and a group of grooves 86 formed on the storage case 81 for guiding the pin-like projection 84. The group of grooves 86 comprises a plurality of guide grooves and includes a dead end 111 for stopping the pin-like projection 84 at the intermediate opening position once.
