PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization of an apparatus with workability improved, and the structure simplified. SOLUTION: For a new edition the gripper side of which is held by a form plate holder 41, when the form plate holder 41 is moved to an upper end part along a guide rail 42, that is inserted into the gripper side plate vise 25 of a plate cylinder 20. Under an open state outside a form plate receiver 75 for receiving an old plate which is excluded, a bearing member 77 for bearing a plate end side of the new edition under a closed state outside the plate receiver 75 for receiving an old plate which is excluded under an open state.
