摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic device for automating a work processing to insert/remove terminal devices from RF connectors of a test specimen in the test specimen having a large number of RF connectors and of shortening time required for manual work in an electrical characteristic test of RF signals. SOLUTION: The automatic device is provided with an image processing device for measuring the terminal positions of the terminal devices and the RF connectors; a robot hand having a grip part for griping the terminal device and a drive part for moving the grip part in the three-dimensional direction; a measuring hand capable of moving a measuring cable to the three-dimensional direction; and a control device for controlling grip or release operation of the grip part in the robot hand and movement operations of the robot hand and the measuring hand.
