PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with a valve in which a momentum by the thermal motion of gas molecules is utilized. SOLUTION: This structure 1 with a valve comprises a base 2 having a front surface 2a and a rear surface 2b, passing passages 22 which are opened at the front surface 2a and the rear surface 2b and through which gas molecules are allowed to pass and an openable valve part 4 disposed on the front surface 2a against which the gas molecules passing through the passing passage 22 are collided. When the valve part 4 is closed, P1>P2 where (1) P1 is a probability at which the gas molecules moving from the opening 22b at the rear surface 2b and passing through the passing passage 22 cause thermal motion and are collided with the valve part 4 to open it and (2) P2 is a probability at which the gas molecules moving to the front surface 2a without passing through the passing passage 22 cause thermal motion and are collided with the valve part 4 to open it.
