PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automation technique which straightens a twist and a strain caused by a stress strain generated by die molding without depending on manual work by a worker. SOLUTION: An end of a die-molded product (an object to be straightened) in which a twist and a strain have appeared is first inserted to an insertion hole 61 of an axial turntable 60. Then an axial shaft 51 extended from an axial-shaft holding table 50 becomes a pivot point, and a push rod 22 provided to an upper base 21 is lowered and rotates the axial turntable 60. The push rod 22 has an anti-looseness function and a stroke-adjustment function. Because of this, the twisted part of the object to be straightened is rotated in the reverse direction, and the twist and the strain are straightened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
