PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor built-in substrate and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A capacitor built-in substrate according to the present invention includes: a ceramic layer including a first circuit; housing grooves formed on one surface of the ceramic layer; capacitors inserted into the housing grooves; a polymer layer stacked on the ceramic layer so that the capacitors are embedded in the housing grooves and including a second circuit electrically connected to the first circuit; and via electrodes penetrating though the polymer layer and connected to the capacitors.
