PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for preventing salt-caused corrosion of a turbine that prevent salt-caused corrosion during operation of a turbine.SOLUTION: A device for preventing salt-caused corrosion of a turbine is equipped with a supply unit 21 of an aqueous solution of silver that supplies an aqueous solution 20 of silver to each of a main steam pipe 56, a high temperature reheated steam pipe 60, and a low temperature steam pipe 69 from an intermediate pressure turbine 61 to a low pressure turbine 62. When sea water leaks for example, the device prevents corrosion of a turbine caused by a chlorine ion getting in steam 52, and a stress corrosion crack (SCC) accompanying the corrosion. |
