PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design strategy deriving apparatus which easily derives an optimal design strategy in detail, from a plurality of design strategies for a product, when no design strategy exists for attaining a design goal determined in advance, and a design strategy deriving method.SOLUTION: A design strategy deriving apparatus derives a dominant required quality, as a cause of a failure to achieve a goal, from a required quality for a product when it is determined that there is no design strategy for attaining a design goal, updates design knowledge on the basis of the dominant required quality, and/or updates a goal value for the product on the basis of an evaluated value of a design strategy closest to the design goal. |
